FARM BELL POLICY: Large Reservations During Weekend Brunch
Due to an increase in the large party requests for weekends, parties of 9-17 guests will be subject to a $10/person deposit for Saturday and Sunday reservations. This charge is non-refundable, and does not credit towards the guest’s bill. Payment is required at the time of the booking. To ensure a complete reservation, we require a phone number, email address and name for the reservation. Parties of 18 or more constitute a private event, and require a signed contract and event space rental agreement.
This deposit secures your seating space for 90 minutes from the reservation time. Please understand that if some members of the party sit later than the reservation time, the table is only reserved for your party for 90 minutes from the time of the reservation.
Any special requests such as cake, flowers, etc, must be approved by a Farm Bell manager one week prior to the reservation date. A $2 per piece cutting fee will be charged for any cake purchased outside of the restaurant. A $20 corking fee will be charged for any wine brought into the restaurant and all guests must be 21-over and have a valid ID in order to provide your own wine.
Outside decorations may be allowed if approved in advance. Confetti, or anything affixed to walls or furnishings are not permitted. We appreciate your support and understanding of the above mentioned guidelines. This is to ensure that everyone enjoys their time with us at Farm Bell Kitchen.
